Have I mentioned that I love living in Greenville! What a beautiful day it is here today, and what's better than being able to go to Falls Park as a family for a nice long walk and playtime at one of the many playgounds! This is a rare occasion during this journey in residency, so when the opportunity presents itself we leave bright and early, and soak up all the time together. We were also lucky enough to run into my good friend, Catie's, parents at the park during their weekend visit in Greenville. They had brought their granddaughter, Sullivan, to the park while Lee and Catie were away. So, the boys had some great playtime with her...and we some great conversation with Catie's parents!
Although the few hours at Falls Park may seem brief, they sure are treasured. With Matt's hectic schedule of working 90+ hours per week, required readings of stacks of journals, presentations, and studying for an upcoming national exam it is these little bits of time that turn out to be very big moments. Not to mention that he does not miss a beat being a wonderful father and husband. I honestly don't know how he does it. I'm certain Matt should be wearing the Superman T-shirt along with Blake...

That is so sweet. I still really need to find a time to talk to you.
Ahhh...what kind words, Beth. I hope Matt sees this! And thank you for the shout out and pic of my family! I, too, love Greenville...and our Greenville friends!
