Shiny New Ear Tubes!

Well, I don't really know if they are shiny, but Blake has a new pair of ear tubes! Surgery was a success this morning and Blake was quite the champ. After handing him off to a nurse, I peeled a banana for Dane then went downstairs to get a cup of coffee. When I came back upstairs, I didn't even get the chance to sit down because they called our name to go to recovery. It went so fast and it was so nice that they did not intubate him, but only gave him some gas through a mask. He woke up well - had only a slight vagal episode - and was dancing to Sesame Street music in the car on the way home. Sure is amazing how well kids can tolerate surgery! He acts like nothing ever happened!

Hello to you all. Fantastic. I just stumbled across your blog while trying to locate your address and have been setting here for about an hour reading and looking at the pictures. Sounds like your settled in and very busy. I have thought about you so much over the past year and wondered how you were and it is great to find out that you are all doing so well. The kids are really growing and are so beautiful. It has been so good to have some news about you all. Thanks. I have passed the link to LeAnn, Jaime, Amber and Louise. They will love it.

Hello family!!!! I am so glad Dad found your website. Jaime could not wait to come over last night and show me the pictures and the videos. Can not believe how big they boys are getting!!! Makes me sad about everything that we miss when we don't stay in touch. Can not wait till they get old enough so I can tell them stories about their Daddy and Uncle Travis. I hope we can stay in better touch, can't wait for new pictures. Love you all. Miss you!!!!
